bim modeler / project leader
Are you the driven BIM Modeler / Project Leader who will strengthen our team in Eindhoven? In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical development of architectural designs and the submission of permit applications. You’ll serve as a point of contact for both colleagues and clients, and lead the implementation of 3D software such as Archicad or Revit within the office. This is a unique opportunity to grow alongside the firm: you’ll start by creating technical drawings and will eventually hire draftsmen and further expand and empower the team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop designs through various phases (Preliminary Design, Technical Design, Final Design) and produce detailed floor plans.
- Create technical details and ensure the necessary permits are obtained.
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Implement 3D software such as Archicad or Revit within the organization.
- Lead a team of technical draftspeople and act as the go-to person for technical questions.
- Be a true problem solver—always seeking the best solution and serving as a sparring partner for the team.

Requirements:
- A completed degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s level, Dutch HBO or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with Revit or Archicad
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch building codes and regulations
- A proactive and ambitious work attitude
- Strong communication skills in Dutch
landscape architect with an affinity for urban development /
urban planner with an affinity for landscape architecture
As an addition to our team, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated landscape architect with an affinity for urban planning, or an urban planner with an affinity for landscape architecture. You will become a key link within the design team focusing on urban planning and landscape. Your experience in project planning, combined with strong design and communication skills, enables you to transform diverse interests into concepts and design solutions. You play a crucial role in collaborating with various parties and contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Autocad, Adobe and SketchUp
- Completed master’s degree in landscape architecture or urban planning
- Affinity with urban planning and/or landscape architecture

- Available for 5 days a week
- Knowledge of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
