We are proud that Woonwenz has chosen our design for the construction of 36 apartments in Blerick. With the design, located at the corner of Burgemeester Gommansstraat and Albert Verweystraat, we are giving substance to our urban development plan by finding a suitable solution for this prominent location. The building consists of segments that have been shifted from one another to ensure optimal integration. Subsequently, a game is created with the heights of the different volumes to form a clear accent and to give the building its own identity. We have applied this play in our architectural design principles to ensure that the building provides a refreshing positive impact on the neighborhood in a way that makes it seem like it has always been there.
